Operation 'Canned or Not?'

The members of the 7th Young Leaders Committee battled the mountains of donated food items at Sunlove Welfare Centre on 21st February 2009. The warriors endured intense frustration, congestion and hunger to complete packing food into bags lovingly sponsored by NTUC.

With their quick thinking and prowess, the members of the 7th Young Leaders Committee managed to complete the packing in 6 hours flat, leaving behind a smogasbord of extra donations.

We thank all our donors who have kindly donated and supported our project. These bags full of love will be distributed to the residents at Marsiling Sunlove Welfare Centre on the 28th February 2009, with Guest of Honour, Mr Hawazi Daipi - MP for Marsiling, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Ministry of Manpower and Ministry of Health.
